Job Description and requirements
? Recruit, train and retain top people
? Assist team members in closing sales
? Train new sales staff coming from various industries
? Hold daily sales meetings
? Ability to plan and forecast daily, monthly and annual goals
? Experience with hiring and developing inside sales or telemarketers A MUST
? Experience in B2C sales
