Guitarist wanted! est touring rock-punkers VOICE OF ADDICTION (paying tours) in Rockford, Illinois For Sale

Voice Of Addiction are politically charged and socially conscious rock-punkers based out of Chicago. Playing over 700 shows coast to coast and releasing 2 full-lengths, 4 ep's and countless comps over most of the last decade.
We are looking for a new guitar player for xxxx. Need a talented individual (check out our songs through the links) who can tour time to time and some sort of back-up vocals/vocals is a big plus. Must have decent road gear, we have a practice spot with practice gear in it though including guitar cab. We have a full line of merch already, and have studio time ready for a new ep.
The way we have run V.o.A. is to make it self sustaining, the day to day activities/tour promo/studio time/merch are payed for by the online sales & one-off/weekend shows. When we go on tour we split the profits from door/merch minus gas to help subsidize any work money. (this has typically been 450-850 a week each, but obviously it takes gas to get out west and the cities are close together on the east coast) We have tours ready to roll as soon as we find the right fit.
